Marian Marc X 24 bit/96 kHz digital S/PDIF, AES/EBU, ADAT, stereo analog I/O

The MARC X is latest member of the MARC Sound System family from MARIAN. This PCI Audio Interface comes with a plurality of audio interfaces:

2 channels analog I/O - extendible by 4 channels through ANX, the Marc X Analog Extender

2 channels digital I/O S/PDIF

8 channels ADAT(tm) I/O

2 MIDI I/O

All audio interfaces can be used simultaneously. Additionally you can connect internal analog and digital audio CD drives. For synchronization purposes the Marc X provides you with these interfaces:

MARIAN SyncBus for Clock/Start/Stop synchronization with other MARIAN Sound Systems

But the probably most interesting function of the Marc X is the 32 channel digital mixer.

This Mixer, implemented in the Marc X hardware with fastest and flexible DSP functions, allows the latency free mixing of all input and output channels to three stereo sums. This way you can create perfect monitor mixes very quickly and may route this mix to any available output. But of course you can also monitor an input directly at an output - latency free.
